Questions

Good to know before you start

If your question is not here, add it to the form below and it will be answered in your reply.

I am a complete beginner. Is that okay?

Absolutely. Plans start from where you are today, with plenty of time spent on technique before anything gets heavy.

How long is a session?

One-to-one and small group sessions run for about an hour, including a warm-up and a short cool-down.

Do I need my own equipment?

Not for studio sessions. For remote coaching, your plan is written around whatever you have access to, from a full gym to a pair of dumbbells.

Can you work around an injury?

Share it in your consult. Training is adapted around known limitations, and you may be asked to check in with your healthcare provider first.

How often should I train?

Most clients do well with two or three sessions a week. Your plan is shaped around what you can realistically keep up.
